The scores come directly from caregiver family members regarding the care provided to their loved one throughout their hospice experience from a third-party independent survey. It reflects the commitment of Angelic Health Hospice team of physicians, nurses, home health aides, spiritual care counselors, bereavement coordinator, therapists, volunteers, and support staff to provide excellent care for our patients and support their families.
